Prime Minister Viorica Dancila and the Vice Prime Minister Viorel Stefan had today, at Victoria Palace, a meeting with a delegation of the Liberty House Group led by the Executive Chairman of the Group Sanjeev Gupta, as well as with Arcelor Mittal Galati representatives.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Viorica Dăncilă welcomed the Liberty House's takeover of the Steel Plant in Galaţi and expressed the Government’s openness and support for the expansion of the group's investments in Romania. At the same time, Prime Minister pointed out the investment opportunities, especially regarding the public-private partnership, as well as the measures taken by the Government to ensure a conducive environment to the business sector.

"Your investment is very important to us, because its success is also a success for our country. I hope that in the coming period you will strengthen your investment in our country and focus on research and innovation. At the same time, we will invest in education, sports and arts, "said Sanjeev Gupta.
