Employment opportunities
In September 2013, the Romanian Government launched the platform posturi.gov.ro, which brings together, in a central source, data regarding recruitment and career development opportunities in public institutions in Romania (ministries, central and local authorities, hospitals, schools, military units etc.).
At the same time, the portal is intended to ensure compliance with the principle of transparency towards citizens and civil society by promoting open competition, and the professionalization of public administration.
The portal structures the vacancy announcements by county, employer category (Government and ministries, central institutions, regional institutions, prefectures, county councils and institutions, town halls and local institutions), position level (executive and non –executive), date of publication.
The initiative represents the continuation of the PublicJob.ro project.
