Romanian Government supports the package of tax cuts and economic development measures, including cut in CAS and the tax-exemption for reinvested profit. Measures will be discussed with the delegation of international donors during the visit which it will perform in Romania in April
As there was announced ever since the recent visit of the international donors delegation, by the Vice-Premier Daniel Chitoiu(who led the discussions with the IMF, WB, and EC representatives, alongside Minister Liviu Voinea), fiscal relaxation and economic development measures are to be discussed with these institutions in April, based on a study conducted with the World Bank.
The Romanian Government is dedicated to the fulfillment of the commitments undertaken in the Programme for Government, which stipulates fiscal relaxation measures. The Romanian Government backs their enforcement, while observing all obligations taken in the European Union, as well as in the relation with Romania’s international partners.
